I've managed to setup the booking application for the Bite-sized Brain Boosters for Improv (30 minute lessons to fit in your lunch break) and the 10 Week Improv Class for Newbies (2 hour long each week so you don't have to pay for parking)! Each week will focus on a different 'game' so after your first session, you can refresh or replay the game in another session and then play something different in the next week, thus keeping it fresh!
But if you're after something more meatier and want to really get into the mechanics of the game (and how it can help with your personal and work life), then you'll want to do the 10 Week Improv Class for Newbies. We'll go through the basics of improv, foundation of acting, game mechanics and how to relates to Life itself.
So why not do the basic principle of improv and join a class by going "Yes, and..!" ?
